Industrial shot blasting machines for surface treatment
Finimac manufactures industrial shot blasting machines to speed up, smoothen, and control the treatment of metal surfaces. Shot blasting uses a jet of glass or metal microspheres projected onto the surface to be hardened, shaped, or smoothed, adjusting pressure, treatment time, and abrasive type depending on the material.
Manual, automatic and benchtop machines
Finimac industrial shot blasting machines are available in manual, three-position versions, equipped with internal and external roller conveyors, automatic, or benchtop versions with a vacuum system. This variety allows you to choose the solution best suited to the size of the workpieces, frequency of use, and desired level of automation. All models include recovery and regeneration of the abrasive material, an important aspect for maintaining a more orderly and consistent cycle over time. Special models are also available for treating large molds, which require adequate workspace, proper handling, and wear-resistant components. Each configuration is evaluated based on actual use.
