Finimac sandblasting cabinets are made with components protected by epoxy paints and interiors lined with special anti-abrasion gaskets in the most exposed areas. This careful design contributes to the machine's long service life and the stability of the treatment over time. The cabinets are designed for various types and grains of abrasives, such as glass beads, corundum, sand, plastic granules, vegetable granules, and metal abrasives. Depending on the material and the objective, you can perform contaminant cleaning, deburring, hardening shot blasting, deoxidation, aesthetic satin finishing, paint stripping, and surface preparation for bonding metals, paints, or rubber. The choice of abrasive and configuration affects the final yield and ease of use of the process.
Accessories and system configuration
