VP Series Manual Pressure Machines
Finimac manufactures high-performance pressure sandblasters for manual sandblasting and shot peening. The VP series uses a system in which the abrasive is pushed from a pressurized tank to the gun, generating a powerful jet suitable for rapid treatments on metal surfaces, mechanical components, and parts requiring intensive cleaning.
Dual-adjustable cyclone and durable construction
Finimac VP series pressure sandblasters include standard models with increasing work areas and feature a cyclone for abrasive recovery and regeneration. The dual-adjustment cyclone allows for working with a wide range of abrasives and grits, maintaining excellent separation of dust and residues produced during processing. All machine parts are coated with oven-baked epoxy powders, selected for their wear resistance. The interior of the booth and cyclone is lined with special anti-abrasion rubber, protecting the areas most exposed to the continuous flow of material.
Compatible treatments and abrasives
The machines can work with glass microspheres, plastic granules, corundum, sand, metal abrasives, and vegetable granules. The result depends on the compressed air pressure, the diameter and shape of the nozzle, the type of abrasive, and the treatment time per unit area. You can achieve cleaning of contaminants, hardening shot blasting, deburring, aesthetic satin finishing, deoxidation, paint stripping, and surface preparation for bonding metals, paints, or rubber.
