V series vacuum machines

Finimac produces vacuum sandblasters for manual sandblasting and shot peening. The V series uses a suction system: compressed air generates a vacuum in the gun that draws the abrasive from the tank and conveys it to the tungsten carbide nozzle, creating the working jet that is directed onto the workpiece.

Abrasive recovery and construction quality

Finimac vacuum sandblasters include four standard models, differentiated by increasing work area size. All models feature a cyclone for continuous abrasive recovery and regeneration, eliminating residues produced during processing. The structure is coated with oven-baked epoxy powders, a choice that increases wear resistance and contributes to the machine's longevity. The booths are designed with select components and materials to offer quality, versatility, and operational continuity. You can work with glass beads, corundum, sand, plastic granules, vegetable granules, and metal abrasives, choosing the material best suited to the workpiece and the final result.

Applications in surface treatment

The treatment result depends on the compressed air pressure, the type of abrasive, and the exposure time on the surface. With a vacuum cabinet, you can perform contaminant cleaning, hardening shot blasting, deburring, satin finishing, deoxidation, paint stripping, and surface preparation for bonding metals, paints, or rubber. Each machine integrates a treatment cabinet, cyclone, and filtration system, using a bag or cartridge filter depending on the configuration. This combination of elements helps maintain a more orderly and efficient process for daily use in the department.
