Finimac manufactures benchtop sandblasters designed for treating small parts and small-scale production. This compact solution is designed to be placed on a bench of adequate height and allows for work even while seated, maintaining ease of use, control of the jet, and a tidy treatment area.
Technical equipment for daily work
Finimac benchtop sandblasters are equipped with a 220-volt single-phase centrifugal extractor, a compressed air filter-dehumidifier, and a filter bag for processing dust. Alternatively, an EEC-compliant cartridge filter can be provided. The sandblasting and shot-peening gun features a trigger control and tungsten carbide nozzle, while the pressure regulator with gauge allows the flow rate to be adjusted to the needs of the workpiece. The laminated glass window, the externally mounted light, and the integrated, abrasion-resistant gloves improve visibility, protection, and control during use. Every feature is designed to make working convenient even in limited spaces.
Convenience, access and control of the piece
The machine integrates a blow gun, a left-side door, and a perforated sheet metal support surface, useful features for streamlining the treatment cycle. The compact size is ideal for processing small parts without installing a large booth, while still maintaining a complete set of features suitable for professional use.
