Finimac designs automatic sandblasting machines for industrial processes that require continuity, repeatability, and more streamlined treatment cycle management. Custom design and handling of parts

Finimac automatic sandblasting machines can integrate handling systems, rotary tables, baskets, roller conveyors, trolleys, and swinging gun-holding arms, depending on the shape and quantity of the pieces. The goal is to reduce the variability of manual intervention and make the treatment more consistent, without sacrificing ease of use. The design is developed based on the production problem: we analyze the material, geometry, surfaces to be treated, abrasive, and processing times to define a configuration truly suited to the application. This approach allows us to build specialized automated systems, rather than simply generic machines. The choice of accessories is always linked to the way the piece enters, is treated, and exits the machine.

Abrasive recovery, filtration and daily management

An automatic system can be configured with abrasive recovery and regeneration systems, filtration systems, and components protected against wear. Cycle continuity also depends on these details, as dust, residue, and material consumption impact the machine's performance over time. We maintain a high level of focus on ease of use, maintenance, and consistency between automation and operator performance.
