MANUAL PRESSURE MACHINES
The VP series includes machines that shoot the abrasive by means of a pressure system.
The series includes two standard models which differ from each other in the size of the working area. The models are equipped with a cyclone for the recovery and regeneration of the abrasive.
The cyclone is of the double adjustment type: it allows working with a wide range of abrasives and grits, achieving an excellent degree of dust separation.
All parts of the machine are painted with oven-baked epoxy powders, which are particularly resistant to wear. In addition, the inside of the cabin and the inside of the cyclone are coated with sheets of special abrasion-resistant rubber.
The technical and constructional features of these machines ensure a quality, durable and extremely versatile product.
The machines are capable of working with abrasives of all kinds and grits, such as
- glass microspheres
- plastic granules
- corundum and sand
- metallic abrasives
- vegetable granules
Pressure machines shoot the abrasive through a gun which is connected to a tank containing the abrasive through a tube with abrasion-proof characteristics. Pressurising the tank pushes the abrasive in the pipe to the gun, from which it comes out creating a jet of great power and high working capacity (about 4-5 times greater than a corresponding vacuum machine). The gun can be manipulated to direct the jet directly onto the workpiece.

- the diameter of the nozzle and its shape
- the type of abrasive
- the treatment time per unit area
The following surface treatments are possible:
- cleaning of contaminants
- shot peening
- deburring
- satin finishing for aesthetic purposes
- deoxidation
- surface preparation for anchoring metals, paints, rubbers, etc.
- paint stripping
The machines in this series are essentially made up of:
- treatment cabin
- tank for the abrasive, designed to work under pressure
- cyclone with double adjustment for continuous regeneration of the abrasive with elimination of processing residues
- cartridge-type dust collector filter, large surface area, equipped with an automatic self-cleaning cycle by means of compressed air jets
