MANUAL BENCHTOP MACHINES
This machine is designed to offer a small, low-cost sandblasting/shot-peening machine for use where small parts need to be processed in small quantities. It is a small machine, designed to be placed on a bench of adequate height so that it is possible to work while seated. The working jet is achieved with a vacuum system.
The machine is equipped with:
- Centrifugal aspirator powered at 220 Volt single-phase.
- Filter-dehumidifier for the compressed air.
- Filtering bag for the dust created during processing. Alternatively, cartridge filter in compliance with EEC standards.
- Sandblasting/shot-peening gun with trigger control and tungsten carbide nozzle.
- Pressure regulator with pressure gauge.
- Window with laminated glass.
- Workpiece blowing gun.
- Left-hand side door.
- Cabin lighting lamp, mounted in the hood, outside the working area.
- Perforated sheet metal work surface.
- Abrasion-resistant gloves with integrated sleeves.

The electrical controls are grouped together on the front of the hood in an easily accessible position. They are as follows:
